Job summary

Total Renal Care in Federal Way, WA, seeks an experienced Strategic Initiatives Lead Accountant to serve as a technical accounting lead, SME, and strategic business partner for CSI initiatives. The role spans end-to-end accounting, complex revenue recognition, fixed assets, and intercompany allocations across high-growth entities.

You will lead cross-functional financial analysis, present results to leadership, and guide operational partners on new business models and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with focus on GL, multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls/SOX.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting operations and GL close for complex strategic initiatives.
• Perform technical accounting activities including revenue recognition and intercompany allocations.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and roll-forward schedules.
• Lead monthly/quarterly financial reviews with initiative leadership and executive reporting.
• Architect scalable accounting processes and drive automation to improve close efficiency.
