• Develop executive-ready recommendations informing priorities and investments.
• Create and maintain performance scorecards and KPIs with Enterprise Platforms.
• Monitor performance against goals and support planning processes.
• Lead monthly business reviews with rigor, governance, and timely reporting.
• Define and socialize AI roadmap, prioritizing use cases and value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for executive reporting.
• Ensure governance and risk controls in reporting.
