Job summary

Covista seeks an experienced and results-driven leader to serve as the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Community Development.

Reporting to the Director, Global Impact, this role will drive day-to-day execution and operational management of strategic initiatives and community programs that advance Covista's mission of empowering students to achieve their goals, find success, and make inspiring contributions to our global community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in social impact & sustainability, community development, program management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with NGOs and community partnerships.
• Experience supporting team development and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and frameworks.
• Lead day-to-day execution and management of impact initiatives and community programs.
• Manage project implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and NGOs.
• Provide leadership and development support to team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Complies with policies and standards.
