Job summary

Covista seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead flagship initiatives and community investment. The role reports to the Director, Global Impact, and drives day-to-day execution of strategic programs with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in social impact, sustainability, and program management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in social impact & sustainability, community development, or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with NGOs and community partners to implement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable plans and operational frameworks.
• Lead day-to-day execution and manage impact initiatives and community programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
