Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Strategic Initiatives Officer to serve as a principal advisor to senior executive leadership. The role drives development and execution of the organization’s most critical strategic initiatives, aligning complex processes and ensuring successful integration of major projects across the agency and with key external partners.

As the primary subject matter expert, you will lead change management, influence executive decisions, and translate strategic goals

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or policy development
• Proven record leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
• Experience advising senior executives and building productive relationships
• Expert-level project management knowledge and portfolio oversight
• Experience drafting strategic guidance and performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead advisor to Directorate-level leadership on strategic planning and mission-critical initiatives.
• Direct formulation and tracking of the organization’s strategic plan, vision, and roadmaps.
• Facilitate engagements with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align priorities.
• Identify risks and opportunities; develop innovative mitigation strategies for senior leadership.
• Oversee governance frameworks, operational structures, and performance metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Represent leadership in forums, briefings, and negotiations on partnerships, policy implementation, and resource allocation.
• Analyze complex policy issues and provide expert recommendations on impact to strategic objectives.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
• Prepare executive reports and talking points for congressional stakeholders and senior agency leadership.
