Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Strategic Initiatives Officer to serve as a principal advisor to senior executives, driving development and execution of the organization’s most critical strategic initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams and external partnerships to align complex projects with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities include governance design, performance measurement, and executive reporting to inform congressional and agency decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field as required.
• Minimum 10 years in strategic planning or policy development within DoD/IC.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead advisor to senior leadership on strategic planning and major initiatives.
• Direct formulation, tracking, and implementation of the organization's strategic plan and roadmaps.
• Lead engagements with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to synchronize efforts.
• Identify risks and develop innovative solutions for strategic objectives.
• Oversee governance frameworks, metrics, and performance for strategic initiatives.
• Represent leadership in high-level forums and negotiations related to policy and resources.
• Provide expert recommendations on complex policy impacts on strategic goals.

Education

Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence, Business Administration, International Affairs, Public Policy, or related field
