Bank of America is seeking a Business Strategy & Initiatives Manager to lead end-to-end strategic programs within Global Operations. You will partner with Line of Business leaders, Process Owners, Change Management, and data partners to drive value realization and enterprise transformation.

This role emphasizes analytics, dashboard design, and executive communication while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, process improvement, analytics, or consulting.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills within matrix environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Process Design & Initiative Execution: Partner with SMEs, Process Owners, and Change Management to maintain end-to-end views of business processes.
• Value Discovery, Analytics & Insight Development: Lead assessments, define KPIs, and translate challenges into value statements; quantify impact.
• Dashboard Design & Data Enablement: Design executive-ready dashboards; optimize data models and visuals; collaborate with data teams using APIs, databases, and SQL.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication: Engage leaders to deliver strategic outcomes; facilitate workshops; present executive-ready insights.
• Standardization & Capability Building: Standardize frameworks and templates; share reusable playbooks; promote data-driven decision-making.
