Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Business Strategy & Initiatives Manager to drive strategic initiatives across Global Operations. You will partner with Line of Business leaders, Change Management teams, and data partners to align strategy, processes, technology, and data to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, building executive-ready insights, and delivering value through analytics and standardized playbooks to foster a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in strategy, process improvement, analytics, or consulting.
Strong leadership and influencing skills within matrix environments.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Data analytics certification or experience in process intelligence (desired).

Responsibilities

Support strategy, process design and initiative execution across business units.
Analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state solutions.
Build and execute strategic initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities.
Design executive-ready dashboards and enable data-driven decisions.
Engage leaders to deliver outcomes and facilitate workshops.
Standardize value frameworks and promote continuous improvement.
