Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Bus Strat & Init Mgr within the Business Enablement team to lead program management and process design across Global Treasury and Merchant Operations. You will transform data into strategic insights, build executive‑ready narratives, and drive data‑driven decisions.

In this 1st shift role, you will partner with senior leaders, create dashboards and presentations, and help standardize processes that improve efficiency and risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills for concise leadership updates and risk summaries.
• Ability to identify business problems, research solutions, and modernize processes with documentation.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to present analytic results and strategic insights to executives.
• Strong analytical skills to use data to improve efficiency and drive insights.
• Proficiency in MS365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights for executive decision‑making and risk management.
• Produce concise executive summaries and decision‑support materials from large data sets.
• Create visually engaging dashboards, charts, infographics, timelines, and storyboards.
• Interpret results and trends to identify meaningful business implications and recommendations.
• Translate technical findings into concise, audience‑appropriate language for stakeholders.
• Design presentations that connect data, business context, and strategic objectives.
• Tailor content and visuals for different audiences, from operations to governance forums.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve how work is performed.
