Job summary

GoodLeap, a technology company delivering financing and software for sustainable home solutions, seeks a Senior Analyst, Strategic Initiatives in its West Palm Beach office. You will be the analytical engine behind enterprise initiatives across lending, payments, capital markets, and sustainability ecosystems.

Responsibilities include building margin analyses, identifying growth markets, and developing segmentation to inform pricing and GTM strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
2–4 years in analytics, strategy, or fintech roles.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to translate data into insights.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL preferred; Python/Tableau/Power BI a plus.
Experience using AI tools (Claude) in analysis work.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain margin and unit economics analyses across products, channels, and partners.
Size growth markets via market sizing and competitive intelligence; prioritize geographies.
Develop customer, contractor, and partner segmentation to inform pricing and GTM.
Build and automate forecasts, KPI dashboards, and recurring reporting using AI tools.
Translate analyses into executive-ready recommendations and track performance.
