Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a seasoned analyst to shape enterprise strategic initiatives. You will analyze large data sets, build actionable recommendations, and prepare executive-ready materials in PPT or Word, plus verbal updates to Strategy leaders.

The role requires in-office presence, independence, and collaboration with senior leaders to align investments with corporate strategy and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience preferably in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and presenting insights.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support for strategic initiatives and data-driven decision making.
• Create executive presentations with clear recommendations, tradeoffs, and rationale.
• Identify information needs, gather data, perform analyses, and present findings to Strategy leaders and partners.
• Engage with the Head of Corporate Strategy & Strategic Initiatives and senior leaders independently when appropriate.
• Support investment portfolio planning discussions with executives and board as needed.
• Maintain fluency with latest reporting and data analysis tools and skills.
