IEWC is seeking an Infrastructure Sourcing Manager to lead North American sourcing across its Infrastructure division. You will drive cost savings, supplier partnerships, and value-added innovations while aligning with sales, finance, and operations to meet customer needs.

• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American Infrastructure sourcing strategy and team operations.
• Negotiate terms and drive cost savings with key suppliers.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance and Operations to align sourcing with business goals.
• Develop and maintain should-cost libraries and sourcing dashboards.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across divisions to ensure timely and quality supply.
