Qualifications

• Minimum eight years’ experience in advisory consulting (transportation or ENR) with project finance and financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Proven success managing complex projects and client engagements with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Experience in project management, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work without sponsorship.

• Developing and executing strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable strategies.
• Overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion using best practices.
