Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking an Information Security Program Manager to lead client information security programs, advise executives on policy, and coordinate incident response across multiple client engagements. The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership.

You will drive security program maturity, coordinate DR/BC testing, and lead security awareness training while aligning with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of information security leadership experience (CISO, vCISO, or senior security leader).
• Experience across security operations, vulnerability management, or system administration (three years minimum).
• Experience with audits and regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
• Hands-on risk assessment, data protection tech, and control implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implements client information security programs meeting regulatory and industry requirements.
• Advise executives on information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with client security teams on incident detection, response, and SLAs.
• Lead or participate in steering committees and cross-functional security projects.
• Oversee testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
