• Provide technical leadership during incident response and investigations; mentor junior staff.
• Advise on secure architecture (e.g., Zero Trust, SASE) and integration of security tools across environments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA Security Rule, HITECH, and healthcare security standards.
