Jobgether is facilitating an Information Security Program Manager role in the United States through a partner company. The candidate will lead comprehensive security programs, work with executive stakeholders and auditors, and oversee risk assessments, controls, and incident coordination across multiple client environments.

The role requires five years of security leadership, three years in technical security disciplines, and certifications such as CISSP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum five years of information security leadership experience (CISO/vCISO or similar).
• At least three years in security operations, engineering, vulnerability management, or related technical work.
• Experience in consulting or managed security services across regulated industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing controls aligned with NIST, ISO/IEC 27001/27002, HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.

Responsabilités

• Lead information security programs aligned with business objectives, regulatory obligations, and client requirements.
• Advise senior leadership on security strategy, policies, and risk remediation priorities.
• Establish and maintain security policies and procedures protecting information systems and data.
• Oversee security solutions, monitoring, incident detection, response, and remediation within SLAs.
• Coordinate risk assessments, vulnerability management, and third-party assessments.
