Job summary

iROW9 INC is seeking an Information Security Program Manager in Minnesota to lead multiple security teams including SOC, governance, and security awareness initiatives. You will drive strategic planning, budgets, staffing, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, plus CISSP/CISA/CISM or equivalent certifications, and strong governance and cybersecurity expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing staff.
• CISSP, CISA, or equivalent
• ISACA CGEIT and CISM certifications
• Experience with frameworks and standards such as NIST, CJIS, HIPAA, ISO, GDPR, and FISMA
• Strong IT governance systems experience
• Cybersecurity, risk frameworks, and compliance experience

Responsibilities

• Manage SOC, Security Architecture & Engineering, Governance & Compliance, and Security Awareness & Training teams
• Develop strategic plans, operating and capital budgets, goals, and priorities
• Lead hiring, workforce planning, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee software/hardware selection and implementation for security programs
• Coordinate policies, standards, compliance efforts, and cross-functional security initiatives
• Track KPIs, resolve escalations, manage resources, and report status to leadership
• Prepare presentations for decision-makers and stakeholders and ensure vendor management
• Provide knowledge transfer
