Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners in Minnesota seeks an experienced Information Security leader to become the first dedicated InfoSec hire for a growing ESOP client in the Twin Cities. This is a high-impact role with visibility to IT leadership and opportunities to mature security as the organization scales.

You will partner with senior leadership to plan, influence security strategy, and serve as the primary InfoSec SME.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in MIS / IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated ability to support distributed teams and field staff.
• 8+ years information security / related IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Azure is a plus.
• External audit / compliance assessments (SOC2 / ISO 27001 / NIST) is a plus.
