Job summary

Yale NewHaven Health is seeking an Infection Prevention Support Analyst to apply epidemiologic methods to clinical and operational data. You will develop dashboards and reports to support infection prevention leadership, regulatory reporting, and system-wide performance improvement initiatives in a high‑stakes healthcare setting.

The role involves collaboration with Infection Preventionists, quality and clinical leaders, information systems, and operational teams to drive data-informed decisions

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing surveillance and healthcare data.
• Knowledge of NHSN reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop dashboards and scorecards.
• Ability to communicate complex results to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with AI applications and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical methods to infection prevention data across settings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visuals.
• Support NHSN reporting, denominator analysis, and outcome measurement.
• Interpret findings and present actionable recommendations to leaders.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams on quality improvement.
