Job summary

STV Group is seeking an Industry Engagement Strategist to lead the firm’s approach to conferences, sponsorships, memberships, speaking opportunities and strategic industry relationships from our New York office.

This hybrid role partners with the Communications team, Sales, Marketing and Business Development to ensure industry engagements support business priorities, strengthen STV’s reputation and create meaningful opportunities for visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, PR, event management or related field.
• 5+ years in communications, marketing, industry relations, events or related discipline.
• Experience managing conferences, sponsorships, memberships and complex event deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a firmwide industry engagement strategy aligned with STV’s priorities.
• Evaluate opportunities and decide where STV should invest, expand, or redirect involvement.
• Identify speakers, assemble abstracts, approvals and deadlines for priority opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end planning for conferences, sponsorships and association partnerships.
• Manage budgets, sponsorship benefits, exhibits, signage and attendee lists.
• Maintain memberships, associations and primary points of contact across organizations.
