Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in improving production systems in high‑complexity supplier environments.
• Deep systems thinking across flow, capacity, constraints and stability.
• Experience using data analytics and emerging digital/AI tools for decisions.
• Translate hands‑on work into repeatable methods (standard work, playbooks) for others.
• Ability to influence across functions; willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose supplier production systems and identify root causes of system‑level gaps.
• Drive targeted throughput, lead time and robustness improvements via bottleneck resolution.
• Strengthen supplier capability through robust operating routines and escalation logic.
• Translate priorities into sequenced supplier development initiatives with baselines.
• Convert hands‑on improvements into standard work, playbooks, and training.
• Influence stakeholders across regions in a matrix environment and enable adoption.
