Qualificações

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Source and purchase electrical components, motor parts, and shop supplies to support daily operations.
• Identify industrial parts and components for customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders and statuses.
• Process incoming orders and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Find vendors with competitive pricing and explore new suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliability and quality.
• Review invoices and resolve PO-delivery discrepancies.
• Track procurement spending to support cost-control initiatives.
