Oshkosh AeroTech, an Oshkosh company, is seeking an Indirect Tax Analyst to manage end‑to‑end indirect tax compliance, reconciliations, and administration across sales, use, property, gross receipts, B&O, and international taxes. You will file returns, review exemptions, and support audits while partnering with AR, AP, Finance and IT to improve tax reporting processes.

The role offers exposure to multi‑jurisdictional tax issues within a global OEM group and opportunities for process improvement

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Two (2) or more years of corporate tax or relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual indirect tax returns, business licenses, and real property tax payments.
• Reconcile sales and use tax data across systems and prepare GL tax account journal entries.
• Review, approve, and manage customer/vendor tax exemption certificates and customer tax credit memos.
• Assist with sales and use tax audits, process state/local tax notices, and file amended returns as needed.
• Monitor, configure, and maintain sales and use tax engine interfaces with ERP systems.
• Partner with AR, AP, Finance, and IT to resolve tax related queries.
• Identify and implement technology and workflow optimizations in tax reporting.
