Rockline Industries is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Manager I to develop and manage sourcing strategies for indirect services, MRO, projects, and related categories across North America. You will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost savings, optimize supplier performance, and mitigate risk in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 4 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations, contract management, and RFQ/RFP processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories including MRO, services, IT, HR, and site projects.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, contract development, and supplier performance management.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost savings, process improvements, and value creation opportunities.
• Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry insights to optimize sourcing decisions and reduce risk.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects while building strong relationships with internal customers and strategic suppliers.
