Job summary

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing or petrochemical procurement, with 10+ years of relevant experience and SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Procurement; Master’s in Business beneficial.
Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, petroleum refining, or petrochemical industries.
Knowledge of plant purchasing, plant warehouse, and contract negotiations/management.
Strong written and verbal communication; effective presentation skills; SAP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Lead cross functional teams to implement strategic supply base.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Legal, HS&E to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
