Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record negotiating contracts across multiple indirect categories.
• Experience in fast-growth and/or highly regulated environments.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management with non-Supply Chain functions.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional supplier selection and lead negotiations across indirect spend categories.
• Design and drive sourcing policies and procedures that maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Implement cost modeling to identify and prioritize high-impact savings opportunities.
• Present sourcing strategy and results to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with indirect suppliers and service providers.
• Track market trends across indirect categories, integrating new data into sourcing strategy.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate supplier and contract risks.
• Manage contract renewals, SLAs, and vendor performance across the indirect supply base.
