Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a Global Supply Manager to build and scale our procurement function from the ground up. You’ll own supplier strategy across our supply chain, driving cost, quality, and delivery performance as we move from pilot plant to serial production.

This is a high-ownership role—set the playbook for how Valar sources, negotiates, and manages supplier relationships at scale, working with Manufacturing and Executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management.
• Proven track record managing suppliers and supply chain performance in a fast-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution for an assigned product portfolio and drive on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality on requirements and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate internal and external supply chain risks with proactive plans.
• Track supplier execution and lead recovery and improvement plans across schedule, quality, cost, and capacity.
