Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or finance required.
• 6–8+ years indirect procurement experience preferred.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Strong Excel and ERP/procurement system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs and RFPs for significant indirect purchases.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve spend visibility, budgeting and procurement reporting.
• Manage and develop Indirect Purchasing Coordinator(s) or Buyer(s).
