Job summary

Robertet Group seeks a Manager, Indirect Purchasing to lead strategy and execution across indirect spend categories in Mt. Olive, NJ. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, Facilities and other teams to drive cost savings, supplier performance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related discipline required/preferred or 6–8+ years of procurement experience.
Demonstrated experience leading competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
Strong understanding of total-cost-of-ownership principles and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

Define and implement a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Establish category management frameworks across key spend areas (MRO, Facilities, I.T., logistics).
Lead RFIs, RFQs and RFPs for significant indirect purchases and services.
Lead supplier negotiations involving pricing, commercial terms, service levels and other business requirements.
Develop and maintain preferred supplier strategies and reduce supplier fragmentation.
Establish procurement dashboards addressing spend, savings, supplier concentration and contract coverage.
Collaborate with Finance to improve spend visibility, budgeting and procurement reporting.
