Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or procurement.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between Indirect Procurement and sites; shape demand and requirements.
• Build partnerships with site leadership and cross-functional teams to align procurement activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value creation initiatives.
• Drive category strategies, supplier transitions, and governance.
• Monitor KPIs, compliance, and value realization; improve procurement effectiveness.
