Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Commodity Manager for Corporate Services to develop and execute commodity strategies across indirect corporate services globally. The role focuses on procurement engagement, sourcing, contracting, and onboarding, working with internal stakeholders and Legal to ensure clear goals, scope, and proposals.

In this hybrid in-office role, you’ll drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation while partnering with internal teams to meet evolving procurement needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, HR or Finance.
• 3+ years of global procurement/supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, SRM and supply chain tech.
• Exceptional analytic and strategic thinking with data-driven insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion Copeland values and promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support indirect procurement processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders and Legal to align goals, scope and proposals.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities, process improvements and supplier consolidation.
• Implement cost-savings initiatives and manage supplier contracts and onboarding.
• Conduct regular reviews with suppliers and internal teams; lead meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Train internal stakeholders on procurement standard work, SOPs and policies.
