Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management across indirect categories.
• Strong understanding of category strategy, total cost of ownership, and RFx execution.
• Proven success negotiating complex contracts and delivering cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance, and value delivery for your categories with multi-year plans.
• Lead full-cycle sourcing events from intake to award, including RFx and supplier onboarding.
• Negotiate terms on pricing, SLAs, renewals, and risk mitigation with key suppliers.
• Partner with stakeholders early and align Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations on decision rights.
• Drive procurement transformation with data, reporting, and governance improvements.
