Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona or prompt admission.
• Four to eight years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cases in litigation/arbitration.
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and workflows.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of disputes and supervise outside law firms.
• Develop and execute settlement strategies including mediation preparation and documentation.
• Oversee document collections, data preservation holds, and witness preparation.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and regulatory inquiries.
• Conduct internal investigations, including scoping, fact development, and reporting.
• Provide practical advice to internal clients on dispute avoidance and risk management.
• Maintain matter reporting, budgets, and SOPs; monitor legal developments.
