Job summary

Mirantis, an IREN company, seeks an experienced in-house Counsel to join the California office. You will advise on commercial transactions, privacy, and cross-border matters for US and international operations, partnering with the General Counsel to drive a compliant, business-friendly agenda.

You will draft, negotiate, and implement playbooks, review vendor agreements, and support regulatory expectations while balancing risk and growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
• 3–5 years of legal experience with software or tech companies preferred.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts including SaaS or open source.
• Ability to provide concise practical advice aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial and vendor agreements.
• Manage domestic and international corporate legal affairs.
• Review Data Processing Addenda and privacy documents.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze legal risks and provide solutions.
• Update templates with General Counsel.
