Job summary

Larson Maddox is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support the client’s global business operations and strategic growth. The attorney will negotiate complex commercial agreements and develop scalable contracting processes, reporting to the General Counsel and collaborating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting partnerships, advising on risk and strategy, and developing templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior Big Law experience required.
• In-house commercial experience preferred.
• Significant experience negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting AI Infrastructure/Data Center/Semiconductor technology businesses preferred.
• Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage transactions in a fast-paced environment.

This attorney will work closely with business, finance, product, and leadership teams to negotiate complex commercial agreements and develop scalable contracting processes.

This role reports into the General Counsel and will work closely with senior leadership across the business.

This role is expected to 4 days per week . Office is near San Jose.

Compensation

$200k to $250k base (depending on experience) + bonus + equity
