Dematic is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our in-house legal team as a trusted advisor to the Sales organization and other business functions. You will help the company achieve commercial goals while managing legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational risks.

In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, provide practical legal advice, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Compliance to drive successful project execution in a fast-paced global

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Sales and business teams throughout the contracting process.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements including master sales agreements and data processing agreements.
• Identify risks and recommend practical solutions that support business objectives while protecting company interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract negotiations and project execution.
• Advise on key contractual provisions such as liability allocation, indemnification, warranties, IP, and payment terms.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation strategies to improve governance and efficiency.
