Job summary

Diagnostica Stago is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead and coordinate the deployment of instrumentation, automation, digital solutions, and related services at customer sites from handoff to go-live and transition to ongoing support.

You will manage the implementation plan, align cross-functional teams, drive readiness, and ensure milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources are controlled to deliver a high-quality go-live and a smooth transition to support.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree with relevant experience in project management, implementation, or operations.
• Experience in clinical diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare tech is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations from handoff to go-live and transition to support.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan with milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Clinical Applications, Field Service, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other functions.
• Lead implementation kickoff meetings, readiness reviews, and post-implementation reviews.
• Escalate risks or blockers and ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
