*Hybrid Position*This Strategic Implementation Manager role serves as the bridge between Sales and Operations, taking ownership of partner engagements once an agreement is finalized. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing all implementation and fulfillment activities; managing deliverables, timelines, and partner commitments; and ensuring successful execution through launch and ongoing support.The role also leads annual benchmarking efforts and manages additional projects for existing partners, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements.Results achieved through this role support our core values of growth, excellence, and community.1. Partner Intake & Onboarding• Receive the partner account at contract signature and convert what was sold into a concrete, trackable fulfillment plan — deliverables, dates, and owners.• Translate partner agreements into actionable work plans, confirming that all contractual obligations, service levels, and reporting requirements are captured before work begins.• Coordinate a structured handoff from Sales so the partner experiences a smooth, professional transition into implementation.2. Implementation & Delivery• Oversee the execution of partner engagements from contract handoff through implementation, aligning resources, managing dependencies, and driving projects to completion.• Monitor performance against commitments and timelines, identifying delivery risks early and implementing mitigation strategies before they affect partner outcomes.• Track budget and resource use against contract terms, escalating variances to the appropriate internal teams.• Maintain clean documentation and status tracking so the account can be picked up, audited, or reviewed by anyone at any point in the lifecycle.3. Launch & Ongoing Support• Manage go-live activities, verifying that all deliverables have been met and accepted before an engagement is considered launched.• Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner following launch, providing regular status updates and proactively communicating progress, changes, and issues.• Resolve post-launch issues and coordinate with internal teams to address partner needs and maintain service quality.• Manage contract changes, renewals, and scope adjustments as partner needs evolve.4. Annual Benchmarking• In conjunction with the COO and CFO, run a structured, repeatable review that checks delivered outcomes against original commitments and produces a clear record of performance over time.• Document findings and share results with partners and internal leadership to inform planning and continuous improvement.5. Special Projects & SOW Development• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to manage special projects for existing partners as they arise.• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) that define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.• Coordinate with Operations and Accounting to assess scope, resource needs, and alignment with the current pricing model.You are successful in this role when:• Partner engagements move from contract signature to launch on time, in scope, and in full compliance with contractual commitments.• Delivery risks are identified early and mitigated before they affect partner outcomes or timelines.• Account documentation and status tracking stay accurate and current, so any engagement can be audited, reviewed, or transitioned without disruption.• Annual benchmarking is completed on schedule and produces a clear, reliable record of delivered performance against original commitments.• Special projects and Statements of Work are accurately scoped, appropriately priced, and delivered as agreed.• Partners experience a smooth, professional handoff from Sales and remain confident in the organization through implementation and ongoing support.Work experience and education requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent, and;• At least 5 years of experience in program delivery, operations, project management, client services, or partner relationship management; or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and technical proficiencies.• Project Management Certification or training preferred• Background in utility assistance or customer service is beneficial• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects and external stakeholder relationships through to on-time completion.Work environment:• The work environment is an office setting, in a designated office, with temperate climate control.• The work is sedentary in nature but may require occasional mobilizing.• The work can be performed with a combination of on-site and remote work.• May be required to attend on-site meetings, trainings, and events in the Dollar Energy Fund office, or at other venues, as necessary.
