Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to drive delivery of strategic initiatives and pilots by coordinating activities, consolidating feedback, and maintaining documentation. You will serve as a central hub across project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and clear reporting.

You will schedule meetings, analyze survey results, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

3-5 years relevant work experience.
Experience with project analysis and/or project management.
Detailed, timely, accurate; proven tracking and analysis ability.
Experienced in identifying and raising issues, avoiding bottlenecks, and providing support to keep projects on track.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support pilot programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
Collect, organize, and analyze feedback from surveys, meetings, mailboxes, and other touchpoints.
Identify recurring themes, trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to project teams.
Develop and maintain project trackers, participant lists, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Support data analysis, reporting, and the creation of actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, webinars, surveys, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project progress, participation, and engagement metrics.
Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and process guides.
