Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Manager, UH Imaging Services & Systems to lead imaging operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure high-quality service across Radiology.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Applicants with significant additional experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years progressively responsible, related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Applicants without the stated preferred degree, but with significant additional related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic and operational planning in collaboration with hospital leadership.
• Monitor, report and manage Imaging Services employee productivity and access to Imaging and Radiology.
• Recruit, manage, develop and motivate Imaging Services supervisors and employees.
• Review and improve Imaging Services quality, performance and safety.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets with emphasis on equipment and facility planning.
• Develop, communicate, monitor and enforce policies and work processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Participate in development and management of information systems processing images and data.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
