Job summary

Renown Health is seeking an experienced Radiology Services leader to plan and oversee staff, ensuring high-quality patient care across imaging modalities and registrations. Qualifications

• AMA approved 2-year radiology program or equivalent Ultrasonography program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Radiology is preferred.
• Two years supervisory/management experience in an acute health care setting.
• Licensure in ARRT, CCI, ARDMS, or ARMRIT at time of hire.
• State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography (R/CT) at time of hire for ARRT-registered candidates.
• Current BLS certification by American Heart Association at time of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead staff to ensure cost-effective patient care in Radiology.
• Manage operational aspects of Radiology including scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and cross-training.
• Ensure off-campus facilities reflect Renown Health System mission and goals.
• Meet age-specific competency standards if providing patient care.
• Train staff on hospital and department computer systems.
