Job summary

Roche seeks an Expert Imaging Lead, CVRM, within the DEPCS team to advance imaging strategies across multiple programs. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, embed AI-powered analytics, and drive regulatory-ready imaging solutions that improve trial design and asset differentiation.

You will partner with TA Heads, Disease Area leaders, and external collaborators to build multi-year imaging roadmaps, ensure data quality, and enable scalable infrastructure for imaging data across Roche

Qualifications

• PhD/MD in imaging field with 12+ years in imaging science and clinical development.
• Broad expertise in imaging methods, regulatory strategy, and AI/ML analytics.
• Experience leading global, complex projects and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as leading imaging expert, shaping strategy across programs.
• Translate needs into scalable imaging endpoints and embed AI/analytics.
• Define imaging strategy across multiple programs and align with DEPCS.
• Partner with DA Heads and Franchise Heads to enable capabilities.
• Identify critical needs and coordinate with SMTs, GDTs and Asset Teams.
• Represent DEPCS imaging in governance and strategic planning.
• Lead development and lifecycle of DEPCS AI and imaging algorithms.
• Act as a scientific thought leader for standardization and interoperability.
• Manage large global projects and liaise with external collaborators.
