Responsibilities

• Serve as a leading expert in imaging science across the assigned therapeutic area and shape strategy
• Translate development needs into robust, scalable imaging endpoints and embed AI/ML analytics where appropriate
• Define and direct imaging strategy across multiple programs, influencing DEPCS digital strategy
• Partner with DA Heads, TA Heads, and Franchise Heads to align strategic planning and capabilities
• Identify pain points and critical needs in disease area strategies that can be addressed with imaging capabilities
• Lead development and lifecycle management of DEPCS AI and imaging-based algorithms
• Represent DEPCS imaging strategy in governance and investment discussions
• Lead large, global project teams and liaise with external collaborators and vendors
