Job summary

Roche in California is seeking an Expert Imaging Lead, CVRM, to drive imaging strategy across our cardiovascular, renal & metabolism programs within DEPCS. You will serve as the scientific lead for imaging solutions, aligning with molecule goals, clinical and regulatory requirements, and enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or equivalent in Radiology, Imaging Science or related discipline.
• 12+ years of imaging science experience with strategic impact in trials or drug development.
• Broad expertise in imaging methods including regulatory strategy and AI/ML analytics.
• Proven leadership in global projects and governance interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging strategy across CVRM programs, aligning with molecule goals and regulatory requirements.
• Embed AI/ML-enabled analytics and scalable imaging endpoints.
• Collaborate with DEPCS TA leadership and cross-functional teams to build multi-year imaging roadmaps.
• Represent DEPCS imaging strategy in governance, prioritization, and investment decisions.
• Drive external collaborations with academic partners and vendors in imaging science.
