Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field; or 4+ years experience in a related role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting logistics or shipbuilding processes.
• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes including TAR, lifecycle cost, and ECPs.
• Experience with CDRL processes and documentation.
• Experience with ship outfitting/loadout and configuration management, including PCAs.
• Ability to develop reports, briefs, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Outfitting and configuration management support: prepare charts, briefs, and reports.
• Onboard outfitting participation: assist with outfitting aboard the cutter and inspections.
• Physical Configuration Audit support: participate in PCAs and provide status reporting.
• Reporting and presentation development: produce ad hoc reports and presentations.
• Meeting and collaboration support: coordinate with stakeholders for status updates.
