A leading shipbuilding company in Moss Point, MS is looking for an experienced ILS Manager to lead and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience and 5 years in related logistics roles. Responsibilities include managing ECPs, ECNs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong skills in configuration management, teamwork, and statistical software proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related ILS experience.
• Experience with ECPs, ECNs, and PCA execution.
• Knowledge of logistics and configuration management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals related to various ILS functions.
• Produce departmental status reports and budget reporting.
• Manage Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Perform Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs).
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Oversee logistics planning and sustainment support.
