Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a qualified Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Outfitting and Configuration personnel in Mobile, Alabama. The role requires preparing outfitting materials, participating in PCA, and presenting outfitting status to the COR.

A bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience is required, with at least 3 years in logistics/configuration and shipbuilding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or related technical/business field. Substitution for a bachelor’s degree will be minimum of four years of relevant experience in addition to the required minimum years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience relevant to supporting logistics or configuration and shipbuilding processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of shipbuilding processes such as TAR, Proposal development, equipment life cycle cost, logistics life cycle sustainment and ECP processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge in outfitting/load out of ship.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Configuration Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Physical Configuration Audits.
• Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to organize, plan, conduct, evaluate and administer the outfitting/configuration program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outfitting and configuration management materials for Project reviews and generate ad-hoc outfitting reports.
• Participate in outfitting material aboard the cutter and PCA activities.
• Attend meetings and prepare presentations for outfitting and PCA status.
