Job summary

Ketchum & Walton seeks an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Sales Consultant who is results-driven, proactive, and bilingual in Spanish. The role requires quick decision-making, leadership through change, and a outcomes-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing a Sandler-based sales plan across Healthcare, Pharma, Industrial and other segments, applying industry knowledge, building strong client relationships, and guiding orders through turnover to project

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience developing and executing sales plans across market segments.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a documented sales plan across market segments (Healthcare, Pharma, Industrial, Education, Government, Commercial, Mission Critical).
• Understand product applications, read architectural/mechanical drawings, and stay informed about competitors.
• Identify specifiers, influencers, and decision-makers and manage client relationships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships and network with clients and industry professionals.
• Follow a Sandler-based selling process from prospecting to closing with effective questioning and proposals.
• Develop product knowledge, provide field guidance on installation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate bids, quotes, and proposals with factories; manage bid reviews.
• Ensure turnover documents are complete and support collections when requested.
• Verify purchase orders, manage orders, and maintain project submittals.
• Other duties as assigned.
