Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle HVAC recruiting experience.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms (JazzHR or Greenhouse) and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Source talent using job boards and Boolean searches; build pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies and interview practices.
• Maintain ATS documentation and ensure recruiting compliance.
• Partner with HR for offers, onboarding and candidate experience.
