Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Procurement Engineer for the Light Commercial HVAC division to source, purchase, and manage materials for engineering and manufacturing projects. The role requires collaboration with engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

The candidate will support product development, develop sourcing strategies, and work with category managers to optimize supplier base, lead cost-saving initiatives, and mitigate supply chain

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in procurement.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to use business systems software.
Familiarity with engineering drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Source, purchase, and manage materials for projects.
Develop sourcing strategies for engineering direct materials.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams for new product development.
